Tamara Jonkman

Tamara Jonkman is an experienced professional in employee engagement, branding, and recruitment, currently serving as an Employee Engagement Manager at FIFA since October 2024. Simultaneously, Tamara represents One Young World as an Ambassador, promoting impactful young leadership on a global scale. Previous roles include Employer Branding & Culture Programs Manager at Coca-Cola HBC, and Customer & Brand Strategy Consultant at KPMG Nederland, where Tamara developed marketing strategies and managed recruitment processes. Earlier experiences include HR consulting at Latzer Associates Group and establishing HR departments in Southern Europe for Urgo Medical. Tamara holds a Bachelor of Laws from Esade and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School.
