Lamia Hafiz

Lamia Hafiz is a dedicated professional with a robust background in community engagement and development, currently serving as an Ambassador for One Young World since July 2021. Previously, Lamia held significant roles including Community Manager at Seedstars, where the mission focused on supporting entrepreneurs in emerging markets, and Community & Growth Lead at Impact Hub Dhaka, which nurtures social entrepreneurs and innovators. Additional experience includes positions with Impact Hub Asia Pacific, YY Ventures Limited, and dg Innovation Lab Ltd., among others. Lamia's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from North South University and ongoing studies at Harvard Business School Online, specializing in Power and Influence for Positive Impact. Lamia also represented Bangladesh as Vice-Captain of the national basketball team, showcasing leadership and teamwork skills.
