Leonel Ibarra

Leonel Ibarra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management at L'Oréal, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner for the Consumer Products Division in Europe. Over the years, Leonel has held various leadership roles, including Global People Development & Learning Manager and Head of HR for CDMO, Digital, CMI & e-Commerce in Latin America, where strategic initiatives in digital transformation and talent development were successfully implemented.
