Rachan Rai

Rachan RAI has extensive experience in product development and sustainability within the cosmetics and beauty industry, currently serving as the Lead DevPack Network of Excellence for South Asia Pacific, Middle East & North Africa at L'Oréal since June 2014. Rachan has held various key leadership roles at L'Oréal, including overseeing packaging sustainability strategies and managing the development of products for Maybelline Makeup and Garnier Skincare. Additionally, Rachan is an active Ambassador for One Young World and a Circle Leader for Lean In, advocating for young leaders and women's professional empowerment. Academic qualifications include a current pursuit of a degree in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge, an MBA in Supply Chain Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University.
