Tamara Gervais

Tamara Gervais has extensive experience in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry, currently serving as the No Waste Officer for the Worldwide Luxury Division at L'Oréal since January 2015. In this role, Tamara is responsible for creating a global sustainability roadmap and engaging stakeholders across 23 brands. Prior to this position, Tamara held various roles within L'Oréal, including Sourcing Team Leader for Packaging & Comanufacturing and packaging buyer for brands such as Biotherm, La Roche Posay, and Armani. Additionally, Tamara is an ambassador for One Young World and has organized health seminars to promote cancer awareness. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from ESCE International Business School with a double specialization in international trade and purchasing/supply chain management, along with multiple international exchanges. Tamara's diverse background also features experience in volunteer work and management in hospitality.
