Jenna Fragola

Jenna Fragola is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Travel Director at One10 since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jenna was the Assistant Office Desk Manager at Pebble Beach Resorts from 2019, where responsibilities included managing guest concerns and room assignments, training new staff, and ensuring exceptional guest service. Jenna's career also includes a position as Team Leader Manager at Edgewood Tahoe, focusing on event planning and client relations, along with earlier roles as a Hostess at Glenbrook Country Club and Recreation Assistant at Douglas County Parks & Rec. Jenna holds a Master’s degree in Professional Studies in Wine Management from The Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor of Applied Science with a minor in Business from the University of Mississippi.
