Susan Fleming

Susan Fleming, CMP, CMM is an accomplished event management professional with extensive experience in corporate event operations. Currently serving as Manager of Event Operations at One10 since January 2024, Susan previously held various leadership roles at U.S. Bank from 2006 to 2021, achieving significant savings and implementing strategic meeting management programs. Notable accomplishments include directing a team responsible for a large annual conference and leading initiatives that saved $500K annually through process restructuring. Earlier in their career at Piper Jaffray (1996-2006), Susan managed a team executing over 70 events annually, including high-profile IPO conferences for exclusive C-level attendees. Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Minnesota Duluth and completed a study abroad program in British Communications in England.
