Tova Katz is a seasoned professional in philanthropic management with extensive experience in strategy development and program evaluation. Currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager at One8 Foundation since May 2012, Tova drives strategy and oversees a $15 million grantee portfolio aimed at strengthening Israel and Jewish life. Previously, as Associate Program Manager at the Foundation for Jewish Camp from October 2006 to June 2010, Tova managed a $50 million national matching grant initiative, developed measurement tools for program evaluation, and maintained partnerships with over 60 organizations. Tova holds an M.B.A. from Brandeis University, The Heller School for Social Policy and Management, and a B.A. in History from Columbia College, Columbia University.
