Ian Milchem

Ian Milchem is an experienced professional in software quality assurance and testing, currently serving as Test Team Leader and Software Quality Assurance Analyst at Advanced since March 2020. Previously, Ian worked at Tikit from June 2013 to March 2020, holding various roles including QA Analyst, Carpe Diem Product Manager, and Software QA Analyst. Ian's early career includes positions as a Support Analyst at TikitTFB and as a Technical Support Specialist at Affinion International, where skills in developing MS SQL Servers and VB.NET applications were honed. Ian holds a BSC Hons degree in Computing from the University of Portsmouth, completed in 2005, and is an ISTQB Certified Software Tester.
