Shaza Abdel- Aziz

Shaza Abdel-Aziz has extensive work experience in the field of account development and customer experience. Shaza started their career at Science Warehouse Ltd in 2009, where they held various roles including Content Administrator, Content Analyst, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, and Manager of Client Accounts. In 2014, they became the Head of Supplier Account Development, responsible for supplier on-boarding and account management. In 2018, Shaza joined Advanced as the Head of Account Development, focusing on strategy development for client base retention and growth. In 2023, they assumed the role of Head of Customer Experience- Spend Management at Advanced.

Shaza Abdel-Aziz completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences at Sheffield Hallam University in 2007. Shaza then pursued a Master's degree in Biosciences, Infection and Immunity at the University of Leeds from 2007 to 2008.
