Joseph Michael Norris

Joseph Michael Norris has extensive experience in human resources and management across various industries. Currently, Joseph serves as a Corporate Human Resource Business Partner at O'Neal Industries since March 2023. Prior to this role, Joseph was engaged with MNPS as an HR Manager and HR Information Assistant between May 2021 and March 2023. Joseph's earlier experience includes a brief tenure as an Assistant Store Manager at Kroger and a long-term position at Marriott International, where roles included Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, Chief Engineer, and Maintenance Technician. Joseph holds a Master's degree in Human Environmental Sciences from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Social Sciences from Troy University.
