David D. Quinn

Mr. Quinn has 25 years' experience in the Construction, Engineering and Consulting Services industries. Prior to joining Atlas, Mr. Quinn held multiple executive level roles at the Shaw Group and Atkins Global, most recently in Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer capacities. David is a high-energy and motivating leader able to organize, build consensus and implement change with a history of delivering operational, cultural and financial results. He has a strong track record of designing and leading business restructuring and turn-around efforts focused on streamlining organizational structures and overhauling processes and systems to optimize execution. Mr. Quinn holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts, and an MBA from Norwich University.
