Manuca Costa's work experience begins in 2017 with a role as a Consultant at Costa Consultoria Empresarial. In 2018, they move on to become an Associate at Goldratt Consulting, where they are based in Brazil. In 2019, Manuca becomes the Sales Director for Brazil at Onebeat.

Manuca Costa attended the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco from 1980 to 1985. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Administration, specializing in Business Administration.
