Suzanne M. Wells

Suzanne M. Wells, CPM has extensive experience in corporate facilities management, property management, and real estate. Suzanne M. served as the Director of Corporate Facilities and Corporate Facilities Manager at OneBlood. Prior to that, they worked as a Property Manager at John Hancock Investment Management and Real Estate Manager at CBRE. Suzanne M. also held the role of Property Manager at NTS Development Co, overseeing the Lakeshore Business Center with a focus on maintaining and improving the property's facilities and operations.

Suzanne M. Wells received their Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Bryant University in 1999. In 2015, they obtained their Real Estate License from Gold Coast School. Additionally, in the same year, they became a Certified Property Manager (CPM). Suzanne M. furthered their education by acquiring RPA & FMA certifications from BOMI International in 2016. Suzanne also attended Bishop Keough Regional High School from 1991 to 1995.
