Muhamad Yasir has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Muhamad is currently working at Brick - Financial API as the Head of People, where they collaborate with the leadership team to provide guidance in various HR domains. Previously, they worked as the Head of HRGA at Pintek | Jawaban Aspirasi Pendidikan, where they led the human resources department and was responsible for talent acquisition, employer branding, and organizational culture.

Muhamad also worked at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk., where they held multiple roles, including Project Manager, Sr. People Engagement Executive, Sr. HR Transformation, Compensation & Benefits Executive, and Employee Engagement & Industrial Relations Executive. In these roles, they were involved in various projects related to transformation strategy, coaching project teams, and streamlining HR processes.
