After working at a think tank in Washington D.C., she joined the Tokyo office of Booz and Company (now PwC Strategy&), a U.S. -based strategy consulting firm, where she worked for more than 10 years on a wide range of projects including digital strategy, new business strategy, sales strategy, cost reduction, and organizational reform in the financial, energy, pharmaceutical, retail, and public sectors. She joined One Capital in July 2022. She holds an LLB from Keio University and an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Chicago.
