After working for a strategy consulting firm, he joined The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2005 and was appointed Managing Director & Partner in 2013. Throughout his 20-year career as a strategy consultant, he has led projects such as digital transformation, open innovation, new business model development, company-wide structural reform, portfolio restructuring, and sales reform for companies in a wide range of industries including industrial goods, consumer goods, media, and telecommunications. In April 2020, he founded One Capital Corporation and became the COO. He holds a B.A. in Policy Management from Keio University. Outside director of en-Japan Inc.
