Zach Larkin

As Director of Talent, Zach is committed to the creation and continuation of an innovative recruiting strategy here at OneCare. His role is to build a best-in-class experience for candidates throughout the interview process, assist with the development of interviewing best practices, and bring expertise to an active internal recruiting and hiring roadmap. With around 10 years of experience in both agency and corporate settings, he has demonstrated success in partnering with hiring leaders as well as establishing creative strategies around sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
