Karen Choy

Karen Choy has a diverse range of experience in digital marketing and growth strategy. Karen is currently the Senior Director of Growth Marketing at OneCause. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Growth and Paid Acquisition at Mira in 2022. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Upgrow as the Director of Digital Media, where they oversaw client strategy, built and developed a PPC team, and implemented CRO tactics and ABM strategy. Before that, they were the Head of Digital Marketing at Hawaii Pacific Health from 2018 to 2020, leading all digital marketing efforts for the organization's brand and major hospital facilities. Karen also gained expertise as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Hornblower Cruises & Events and held various roles at Geary LSF, Metric Theory, AdLux, and IBM.

Karen Choy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, with a focus on Organizational Studies and Technocultural Studies, from the University of California, Davis. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Personal Fitness Trainer-Exercise and Fitness Specialist (CPT-EFS) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Lagree Fitness from X-CORE, and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training from The Yoga Loft SF. Karen also holds certifications in Google AdWords and MSN adCenter from Google Ads and Microsoft, respectively.
