Rachel Banks Abel

Rachel Banks Abel has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Rachel started their career in 2016 as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at LIFETIME FITNESS, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they interned at Receivables Management Partners before moving on to intern at Eskenazi Health in 2019. In the same year, they participated in TechPoint's Sales Bootcamp, a six-week sales training program, where they gained exposure to different sales environments and underwent Sandler Sales Training. Also in 2019, Rachel joined Passageways as a Sales Development Representative for a brief period before transitioning to OneCause. At OneCause, they held various positions including Sales Development Representative, Sales Development Specialist, and Senior Sales Development Representative. Currently, Rachel is serving as the Sales Development Team Lead at OneCause as of October 2022.

Rachel Banks Abel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare and Business from Butler University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Collierville High School from 2011 to 2015.
