Hitendra Parmar

Hitendra Parmar is the Business Development Manager at OneClick. Hitendra has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on production support, business analysis, and quality assurance.

Parmar started their career as an Associate Product Manager at Lets Nurture in August 2009. In this role, they were responsible for automating the monitoring of applications and servers, setting up test environments, triaging defects, and maintaining HP-QC. Hitendra also monitored eChannel and eLOS applications to keep them running smoothly.

In 2012, Parmar transitioned to a role as Development Presales Consultant, where they acted as development lead for requirement analysis and estimation. Hitendra was responsible for eliciting requirements from clients, preparing documentation, and coordinating with development, UI, and QA teams. Hitendra also gained experience in mobile application development for iOS, Android, BB, and Windows platforms.

In 2014, Parmar became a Business Analysis Expert, working on projects dedicated to business analysis. Hitendra has experience in creating clickable prototypes and wireframes using Axure RP Pro, and is knowledgeable in agile scrum development methodology.

Most recently, Parmar has been working as a QA Presales Consultant since 2016. In this role, they work on QA lead estimation and scope definition for QA services related RFPs/RFIs/RFQs/RFTs. Hitendra is also knowledgeable in different types of testing and test automation.

Hitendra Parmar has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Atmiya Institute of Technology & Science, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Marketing Dual Specialization from SVIM Institute of Management. Hitendra also has a Certification from Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
