Jim Bilbao is an experienced sales and business leader with a diverse background spanning several industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at OneCommute since January 2021, Jim also founded and leads Turnover Intelligence LLC, a business intelligence firm focused on employee distribution and performance. As a Realtor / Broker / Owner at eXp Realty Inc since 2006, Jim has extensive experience in real estate, previously holding positions at Windermere and Keller Williams. Previous roles include Solution Architect / Account Manager at Intrepid Learning Solutions, Microsoft Product Marketing at Siemens Business Solutions, and Managing Partner at Strategic Sales Partners. Jim's early career included significant training management roles at Northern Telecom and Fuji Xerox, along with regional leadership positions in companies such as Cadsys Computer and Lanier Worldwide. Jim holds a BA in Asian Studies from Princeton University and has acquired certificates in Mandarin and Japanese from Middlebury College.
