Kal Kadah

Kal Kadah possesses extensive experience in sales leadership and business development, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales at Paladin, overseeing revenue generation across all sales channels and leading teams of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives. Prior roles include Sales Director, where responsibilities included managing RFPs nationwide, and Regional Sales Director at DebtBook, managing sales across fourteen states. As the Founder and CEO of RacketAid, Kal established an innovative e-commerce platform for sports equipment services. Previous experience also includes positions at Regions Bank and Renasant Bank, focusing on commercial lending and credit analysis. Kal holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from East Tennessee State University.
