Max Kostow

Max Kostow has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as a CAD Intern at Shen Milsom & Wilke. In 2007, they interned at Arup in the Electrical Engineering Department, where they organized and created detail drawings and conducted research for design development.

In 2008, Max joined Binghamton University as a Microprocessors Lab Assistant and Residential Computing Consultant, where they gained experience in assisting with lab work and providing technical support.

In 2009, Max worked as an Engineering Department Intern at Finger Lakes Instrumentation, further expanding their engineering knowledge and skills.

In 2010, Max had two internships; one as a Category Management Intern at L'Oréal USA and another as a Consulting Engineer at City Theatrical, Inc. These internships provided exposure to different industries and areas of expertise.

Max joined FanFeedr in 2012 as a Software Engineer before transitioning to Percolate Inc. in 2014. At Percolate Inc., they held multiple roles, including Frontend Engineer and Senior Frontend Engineer, where they showcased their expertise in various Javascript frameworks and technologies. Max eventually became a Principal Engineer before leaving in 2019.

Max's next role was at Google in 2019, where they worked as a Software Engineer until 2022. Max then co-founded OneCrew and assumed the position of CTO.

With their background in engineering, software development, and leadership, Max Kostow has built a strong foundation of expertise and experience in technology, particularly in frontend development and engineering management.

Max Kostow attended Binghamton University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Engineering.
