Lisa Ochoa Lyons has extensive work experience in the human resources and staffing industry. LISA most recently held the position of Vice President of HR, Compliance & Risk at OneCruit LLC since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Compliance Manager at Partners Personnel from September 2019. LISA also served as a Regional Vice President at Nexem Staffing, Executive Vice President at Allied Employee Services, and Executive Vice President at Core Employee Management. Lisa's career in the industry began in 2005 when they worked at AMR Staffing, Inc. as an H.R./Operations/Onsite Manager until February 2016. LISA also spent a significant portion of their career at Tayco Engineering, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager from October 1990 to April 2005.
