Steven Selverston

Steven Selverston is a Senior Battery Scientist at OneD Battery Sciences, where responsibilities include program management, electrochemical analog test board design, PLC/SCADA development, materials characterization, and cell architecture evaluation for cutting-edge lithium-ion batteries using SINANODE technology. Prior to this role, Steven served as a Senior Electrochemical Engineer at Insyte Systems, focusing on gas sensor characterization and custom cell hardware design. At EEnovate Technology, Steven developed the company's first commercial-scale nickel-hydrogen battery cell prototypes and managed assembly processes. Earlier experience includes contributions as a Chemical Engineer at Thermochem and as Co-founder & CTO of Iron Batteries, where innovative iron-based battery technologies were developed. Steven's technical background is supported by advanced degrees in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, San Jose State University, and the University of California, Davis.
