Shiva Lashkari is an experienced data professional with a comprehensive background in data science and analysis. Currently employed as a Data Scientist/Analyst at DataScan since July 2021, Shiva previously served as a Graduate Research Assistant for a project at Starr Insurance Companies. Prior roles include Lead Data Analyst and Data Scientist at Homestead Hospice, where predictive analytics were utilized to enhance patient care, and a Business Data Analyst, where various web applications were developed and operational efficiencies were improved. Additionally, Shiva’s experience encompasses full-stack development at Mandegar System, demonstrating expertise in software design and implementation. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Data Science from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Islamic Azad University.
