Ajay Gangavalli has been working in the Quality Analyst field since 2009. In 2013, they joined Bank of America as a Quality Analyst on the SPAR QA Team. In 2014, they joined CVS Health as a Quality Analyst in the Clinical Services division. In 2018, they joined PrimeLending, A PlainsCapital Company, as a Quality Analyst and lead the integration of their new Blue Sage LOS (Loan Origination System). In 2019, they joined onedine as Lead Quality Analyst and led the QA team during the launch of OneDine Server App, Portal, Fireboard, Kiosk and Guest app in various restaurant locations nationwide. Ajay also worked as the lead for the Marketing Vitals QA division and performed new customer integrations as well as routine maintenance on existing customers.
