Jorden Lam is an experienced professional in insights and business operations, currently serving as the Director of Insights at Elevate since March 2020. In this role, Jorden manages market and venue feasibility studies, designs focus groups and market surveys, and supports sponsorship sales with data-driven valuation models. Prior to Elevate, Jorden held positions at the Oakland Athletics and Deloitte, where responsibilities included delivering actionable insights through data analysis and managing client relationships in tax services. Additionally, Jorden has experience in project management with Net Impact Berkeley, focusing on revenue model analysis, and has led community-based initiatives through the Volunteer for Income Tax Assistance program. Jorden holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
