Gustaf Wibom has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Gustaf started their career at Star Clippers in 2006 as part of the Sport Team. In 2007, they worked at Manpower Sweden as an Accounts Receivable at Ericsson AB. Gustaf then joined The Yacht Week as a Skipper in 2009, where they had responsibility for navigation and operation of a sailing yacht and 12 guests. From 2012 to 2017, they held various roles at Benify including Manager of Client Relations, SME; Key Account Manager; and Manager of Client Relations, International. Since 2017, they have been working at Oneflow - Effortless contract handling as the Chief Customer Officer, where their key responsibility is managing and building a strong team focused on customer success and loyalty to the company's SaaS platform.

Gustaf Wibom earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics from Uppsala University from 2008 to 2011. In 2010, they also completed one semester as a Bachelor's student in Business Administration at Queen's University, with a concentration in Business, management, and organization.

Additionally, Gustaf Wibom obtained certifications in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in August 2019 and in Coaching & Leadership from Inyan AB in November 2018.
