Olga Maslivets

Olga Maslivets has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Olga is currently working at OneFootball as the Director of Finance, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Procter & Gamble as the Finance Planning Lead from August 2022 to September 2023. Before joining Procter & Gamble, they held various finance managerial positions at the same company, including the Eastern Europe eCom Senior Finance Manager from May 2021 to August 2022 and the Eastern Europe Grooming Senior Finance Manager from September 2018 to May 2021. Olga began their career as a Financial Analyst at Procter & Gamble in 2008, where they worked on various roles, including the CEEMEA Gillette Senior Financial Analyst from December 2010 to April 2011, the CERMEA Gillette Financial Analyst from October 2009 to November 2010, and the Russia Fabric Care Financial Analyst from April 2008 to November 2009. Olga also has experience as a Researcher at the Higher School of Economics in Perm, Russia, where they conducted research on auction theory and implementation of auctions in distributing spectrum rights in Russia.

Olga Maslivets received their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the State University — Higher School of Economics in 2007. Olga then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Economics at the Higher School of Economics, completing it in 2009. In 2016, they obtained a certification as a practitioner in Applied Behavior Analysis from Moscow, which they completed in 2018.
