Luis Cardoso

Luis Cardoso currently serves as CEO of Oneglobal Brazil Holdings and is a Partner, CFO/COO for Oneglobal Latin America since May 2023. Previously, Cardoso held the position of CFO for Latin America at Mercer from July 2019 to April 2023 and briefly served as Strategic Planning Director at Marsh Brasil. Cardoso’s extensive experience includes CFO roles at JLT Group and Mota-Engil, where responsibilities encompassed financial management, strategic planning, and oversight of operational performance. Cardoso has also contributed to international market expansion and acquisition strategies during a tenure spanning over 15 years at Mota-Engil. Educational credentials include advanced management programs from INSEAD and Porto Business School, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from FEP U. Porto.
