Hannah Lemon

Hannah Lemon is a skilled partnerships manager with extensive experience in nonprofit and educational sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Partnerships at OneGoal since December 2021, Hannah has successfully built strong relationships with school administrators, achieving a 100% satisfaction rate among partners for the 2022-2023 school year and implementing effective partnership strategies. Previously, as an Impact Manager at City Year Denver, Hannah led and coached a team of nine Americorps members, fostering a supportive team culture during challenging times. Hannah’s earlier roles include Senior Site Coordinator at Reading Partners, where strategic reading plans significantly improved student literacy, and a Shift Supervisor at Whole Heart Provisions, focusing on customer service and team management.
