Kait Sweetman

Kait Sweetman began their work experience in 2010 as a Tutor at NYU Metropolitan Center for Urban Education. In 2011, they became a Graduate Teaching Assistant at New York University. In 2011, they also joined iMentor as a Program Coordinator and Program Specialist. Kait later became a User Support Manager in 2013 and a Product Manager in 2014. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Associate Director of Product, where they were responsible for product roadmap development and user experience work. In 2018, they expanded their role at iMentor as the Director of Product, leading the Business Innovation team and managing improvements to operational systems. In 2021, they joined OneGoal as the VP of Technology.

Kait Sweetman completed their Master's Degree in Media, Culture and Communication from New York University between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Binghamton University from 2005 to 2009. Kait'sBachelor's Degree consisted of majors in Anthropology and History, with a minor in Women's Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Kait Sweetman also obtained several certifications. In 2007, they completed the "Fundamentals of Instructor Training" course from the American Red Cross. In 2009, they acquired a Commercial Driver License from NYS DMV. Later, in 2013, they obtained a "Certificate in College Access Counseling" from Goddard Riverside.
