Karen Guadarrama, M.A. has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Karen is currently the Director of Secondary Partnerships at OneGoal since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Venture Fellow at Colorwave from September 2021 to December 2021. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Universidad Popular, where they held the role of Program Coordinator, leading various youth development initiatives including We Code Juntos and We Bike Juntos. Karen also served as a Families Learning to Teach (FLT) Facilitator during the same period. From January 2021 to June 2021, they worked as a Chinese Studies Program Assistant at DePaul University. Previously, they were a Corps Member at Jumpstart from 2014 to 2016. Karen also worked as an International Student Experience Exchange Mentor at DePaul University from 2014 to 2016.
