Keon M. is a Workforce Coach at The Love, Unity & Values (LUV) Institute where Keon supports individuals ages 16-24 in pursuing goals related to the Career Academy. Keon is also the Director of Teacher Support Y1 + Y2 at OneGoal, coaching Program Directors to successfully deliver the OneGoal Program. Previously, Keon worked as a Mobile Crisis Intervention Specialist at Bobby E. Wright Comprehensive Behavior Health Services and as a Curriculum Specialist at Youth Guidance. Keon also served as a BAM (Becoming A Man) Counselor. Keon's experience includes roles such as Education Mentor at Carole Robertson Center for Learning, Substance Abuse Counselor at Youth Outreach Services, and Probation Officer at Cook County Sheriff's Department. Keon holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois Chicago, a Master's degree in Community and Teacher Leaders from Northeastern Illinois University, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Chicago State University.
