Robert Chmielewski

Robert Chmielewski, CPA has an extensive work experience in various financial planning, analysis, and audit roles. Robert is currently the Managing Director of Financial Planning and Strategy at OneGoal, where they have been since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at OneGoal as the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from October 2020 to September 2022, and as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from September 2018 to September 2020.

Before joining OneGoal, Robert worked at Innovative Insights International, LLC as a Global Strategic Consultant starting in February 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Language Stars as the Senior Director of Finance & Administration from February 2017 to March 2018, and as the Director of Finance & Administration from January 2016 to February 2017.

Robert's earlier experience includes roles at Knutte & Associates, where they served as an Audit Manager from April 2013 to May 2014, a Senior Auditor from May 2011 to April 2013, and a Staff Auditor from August 2010 to May 2011. Robert also worked as an Accounting Intern at Knutte & Associates from May 2009 to August 2009.

Robert Chmielewski, CPA has an extensive education history. Robert obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2015. Prior to that, they pursued their Masters of Accounting Science from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, specializing in Accounting with a concentration in International Business, graduating in 2010. Robert also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy with a minor in Spanish from the same university, attained in 2009. During their undergraduate studies, they spent a semester at Universitat de Barcelona, focusing on Spanish in 2007. Robert completed their high school education at Benet Academy from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Robert Chmielewski, CPA has achieved several certifications. Robert is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Robert is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) recognized by the AICPA. Furthermore, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification.
