Seiky Roman

Seiky Roman is currently working as a Human Assets Operations Coordinator at OneGoal, focusing on managing various human assets processes and systems. Prior to this, Seiky worked at Advocate Aurora Health as a Health Unit Coordinator in the Emergency/Trauma department, where responsibilities included interfacility communications, emergency response activations, and patient monitoring. With a background in Pediatric Intensive Care at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital and direct patient care experience at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Seiky has a strong foundation in healthcare administration and emergency medical services. Seiky holds a Bachelors of Science in Health Care Administration and Policy from Arizona State University and a degree in Emergency Medical Services from Loyola University Chicago.
