Jennifer Ketchum

Jennifer Ketchum has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Jennifer currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Business Development at ONEGROUP Risk Management and Insurance, starting in March 2022. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at GEICO for several years, holding various roles including Property Sales Director, Sales Manager, Service Training Manager, Sales and Service Supervisor, and Insurance Representative. Their tenure at GEICO spanned from July 2004 to March 2022.

Jennifer Ketchum completed their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, General from St. Bonaventure University, starting in 2009 and finishing in 2011. Prior to this, they had also earned a degree in Psychology from the same university, studying from 2000 to 2004. Jennifer also holds additional certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt obtained in February 2017, a Life and Health license obtained in August 2012, and a Property and Casualty license obtained in July 2004.
