LaDonna Lilley has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience-PL at ONEGROUP Risk Management and Insurance since December 2017. Prior to this role, LaDonna Lilley worked at Gordon B Roberts Agency as Operations Manager from March 1999 until the agency's integration into OneGroup in December 2017.
