Isadora Frias is an accomplished winemaker with extensive experience in winery operations and quality control across multiple prestigious organizations. Currently serving as a Winemaker at ONEHOPE Wine, Isadora oversees day-to-day operations at a facility producing 92+ point wines, managing tasks such as crush schedule coordination, barrel management, and bottling quality control. Previous roles include Enologist at Thomas George Estates and Harvest Enologist at Jackson Family Wines, where responsibilities encompassed laboratory analysis and white wine cellar operations. Isadora also has academic experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of California, Davis, contributing to viticulture and enology education while completing a Master’s thesis on Pinot noir wine profiles. An earlier education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Federal de Viçosa.
