Jason Moravec

Jason Moravec is the founder of Napa Valley Brandy Co., established in July 2020, where premium brandy is crafted. In addition, Jason serves as the winemaker at V. Sattui Winery since June 2015, with expertise in a wide range of wine varieties and overseeing operations from grape to bottle. Prior experience includes an enologist role at Franciscan Estates, a nightshift winemaker at Kim Crawford, and positions at Patz and Hall and various internships, all contributing to a comprehensive background in winemaking. Jason's educational foundation is built on a Viticulture and Enology degree from the University of California, Davis, complemented by a Level 3 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
