Emily Ofalt

Emily Ofalt is an experienced Deputy Commissioner of Mental Health at Oneida County Government. Prior to this, Emily held various roles in the mental health field, including Director of Adult Mental Health at the same organization. Emily also has experience as a Psychiatric Social Worker at Mohawk Valley Health System and as a Housing Case Manager at Central New York Services, Inc. Emily holds a Master of Social Work degree from University at Buffalo, a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Keuka College, and an Associate of Science degree in Psychology from Mohawk Valley Community College.
