Bill Moran has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. In 2004, they served as the CIO and IT Director at Miami Children's Hospital, where they increased technical and application services. From 2006 to 2010, they were the SVP and CIO at Wellmont Health System, overseeing a large health system across three state lines. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at Dell Corporation as a Regional Practice Executive and Interim CIO, consulting for healthcare infrastructure solutions. Bill then joined The Brooklyn Hospital Center as the SVP and CIO, qualifying for meaningful use and contributing to the NYC healthcare community. At Lincare Holdings, Inc, from 2016 to 2018, they were the CIO & HIPAA Security Officer, leading IT division and technology transformation initiatives. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Chief Technology Advisor at World Wide Technology. Most recently, they worked as a Cyber Security Instructor at Full Sail University and as the CIO for Oneida Health. Bill Moran has extensive experience in IT leadership, healthcare consulting, and implementing complex IT projects.

Bill Moran completed their Executive Degree in Healthcare Administration at Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from 2009 to 2010. Bill also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Murray State University from 1981 to 1983.
