Dan Harter has had extensive experience in various roles within the field of operations and facilities management. Dan started their career as a Plant Manager at Westinghouse Electric Company, where they worked from 1987 to 1993. Dan then served as a Senior Field Engineer at Siemens Energy from 1998 to 2002. Following this, they held the position of Director of Facilities Management at Bassett Healthcare from 2002 to 2006. Dan went on to become the Director of Operations at Erie Educational Services from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2014, Dan Harter worked as the Director of Capitol Projects and Environmental Services at Syracuse Community Health Center. Dan is currently serving as the Director of Plant Operations at Oneida Healthcare.

Dan Harter obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the State University of New York College of Technology in Utica, NY. Dan attended the university from 1984 to 1987.
