Joseph Cavano has extensive experience in business affairs and government contracting, currently serving as the Director of Business Affairs, Government Contracting at Oneida Innovations Group since April 2019. Prior to this role, Joseph held several positions at Oneida Nation Enterprises, including Director of Business Affairs, Government Contracting, Manager of Business Affairs, Tournament Operations Manager, and Human Resources/Employment Supervisor from December 2005 to April 2019. Joseph also worked as a Golf Professional at Troon between 2004 and 2005. Joseph holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategic Management from Ithaca College and has attended MIT Lincoln Laboratory for education.
