David Moore is a Civil Engineer at Oneida Total Integrated Enterprises (OTIE) since June 2015, having previously served as an Engineering Technician at the same company for a brief period in 2014. During this time, David contributed to the modeling of Air Force Base water systems using ArcGIS and H2OMap, inspected jobsites for compliance, and assisted in training coworkers on software applications.
