Michael Hemmingsen Pe

Michael Hemmingsen, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with over a decade of experience in construction inspection and water resources engineering. Currently, at Oneida Total Integrated Enterprises since May 2011, Michael has spent five years conducting Title II inspections for Air Force construction projects at Misawa Air Base in Japan, applying the USACE CQM process and previously serving as office leader overseeing a team of construction managers and administrative staff. Prior to this role, Michael taught English as a Second Language at both the college and elementary school levels, enhancing language skills through structured presentations and storytelling. Earlier experience includes working as a water resources engineer at CDM, where responsibilities included performing hydrological modeling for FEMA map modernization and reviewing studies for compliance with FEMA guidelines. Michael holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
