Mihir Parkar

Mihir Parkar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mihir is currently working as a Software Engineering Manager at O'Neil Digital Solutions, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineering Manager at Inmar Intelligence from February 2021 to January 2023, and as a Lead Software Engineer from March 2020 to February 2021.

Before joining Inmar Intelligence, Mihir worked at TransUnion as a Business Operations Manager from June 2018 to March 2020. In this role, they focused on strategic planning, income smoothing initiatives, and managing client relationships.

Prior to TransUnion, Mihir held various roles at Healthcare Payment Specialists, LLC. From June 2016 to June 2018, they served as the Director of Client Integration, designing and managing the development of applications for automation and cost-reporting projects. From February 2015 to June 2016, they served as the Manager of Client Implementation ETL, driving technical guidance and integrating data intake systems. From July 2013 to February 2015, they worked as a Software Developer, building SaaS applications using .net/C#.

Before Healthcare Payment Specialists, Mihir worked at A.H. Belo as an Application Developer from April 2011 to July 2013, and at AmWINS Group/Oakwood Software Insurance Solutions as a Software Developer from August 2010 to April 2011.

Mihir began their career as a Web Developer at Oklahoma State University, where they worked in the Intramural Sports department from January 2009 to August 2010. Mihir also served as a Research Assistant in the Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering department from August 2008 to May 2009.

Prior to their university roles, Mihir worked as a Web Developer at Exa Web Solutions, where they created websites with database support and online shopping features from July 2007 to June 2008.

Mihir Parkar pursued their education in a meticulous manner. Mihir began by earning a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, which they completed between 2003 and 2007. After that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management of Information Systems at Oklahoma State University from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their MS degree, Mihir Parkar also obtained certification as a Certified Predictive Modeler using SAS Enterprise Miner 5 (WAC) from Oklahoma State University in May 2009. Later on, from 2014 until 2016, they attended the Texas McCombs School of Business where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, General.
