Naifeng Sun

Naifeng Sun has over 20 years of work experience in various roles in the software engineering and technology field. Naifeng is currently the Sr. Director of Software Engineering at O'Neil Digital Solutions, a position they have held since September 2019.

Prior to that, they worked at Data Analysis, Inc. as the Director of System Integration from July 2017 to September 2019.

Earlier in their career, Naifeng Sun worked at William O'Neil + Co. Inc. for over 17 years. Naifeng started as a Software Engineer in February 2000 and later became a Project Manager in July 2007. In their role as a Project Manager, they successfully delivered a complex system consolidation IT initiative.

Naifeng then advanced to the position of Product Manager in October 2010, where they managed a team of 60+ offshore professionals and played a key role in the development and management of various core products. Additionally, they served as a technology partner for the Marketsmith Global Initiative, contributing to product strategy discussions and technical foundation exploration.
